All the whiskey enthusiasts of Melbourne will want to head to Chez Regine Le Bar for their monthly Single Malt Collective (SMC) club. These people not just merely drinkers who try out all sorts of whiskys, but actually have debates about it! This month’s topics are Monkey Shoulder (the whiskey), change in law for vatted malts, and women in whiskey. Just when you thought there wasn’t much to say about a measly drink, you will be proven very wrong by the speakers debating on this night.
