Rob Lloyd explores his fascination with the enduring SF cult classic Doctor Who and how it has apparently ruined his life in his new comedy festival show at St. Ali.
In the guise of David Tennant’s portrayal of the tenth Doctor, Rob laces his humour with enough in-jokes to satisfy the Who-vians while drawing on broader themes such as obsession and morality to coax laughs from the rest.
BYO sonic screwdriver.
WHEN: Until 21 April, 8pm
WHERE: St Ali Café at Yarra Place, South Melbourne
The Comedy Festival brings performer, Byrony Kimmings's hilarious "Sex Idiot" tales.
The Long Pigs takes the concept of the jolly circus clown, slices it up, and serves it up for supper.
It's all fun and games for this walking trip back to the future.
