The inaugural Independent Photography Festival is aiming to take ‘the title for largest prints-based photography exhibition and competition in Australia!’ And if this doesn’t get you excited then how about a Photo Book and Zine Fair? Yep, I knew that would do the trick.
The fair will take place at The Workers Club where you’ll find titles from independent publishers like Serps Press, Smalltime Books and distributors like Perimeter Books and Motto.
Meanwhile the Photo Prize, which is taking submissions from all over the world, will feature and exhibit the work from hundreds photographers. Snap happy.
WHEN: Monday 2-8 April, 6pm – 9pm
WHERE: Various locations, check the website
