Ad nauseam and Awake at La Mama

22. Mar, 2012
Now that Adelaide Fringe is over, Melbourne is seeing some artistic migration with La mama Courthouse hosting two plays hot from the South Australian Fest: Ad Nauseum and Awake.
Ad Nauseam, takes you on a young man’s journey “through the streets and bars of an unkind city and into the dark recesses of his desire”, in a night of excess, egoism and regret. A great example of what is possible in a one person play.
Awake cover two stories: a man who, from his mental decline, loses his past and is left with nothing but the present. A woman moving towards death, as a condition leaves her physically unable to sleep.
WHEN: March 21st-April 1st
Ad Nauseam: Wed, Fri, Sun 6.30pm | Thu, Sat 8.30pm
Awake: Wed, Fri 8.30pm | Thu, Sat 6.30pm | Sun 4.30pm
WHERE: La Mama Courthouse, 349 Drummond St, Carton
