L-Burn Illuminati – Burning Rats down King Street

Melbourne’s craziest hip-hop supergroup, L-Burn Illuminati, hit Rats this Saturday night with deadly force. I mean, there’s a club up King Street called Rats that they’re playing at, they’re not the kind of guys that go around murdering innocent furry creatures in cold blood. They’re really nice guys.

In case you don’t know, L-Burn’s rappers and beatsmiths are halfway between the Wu-tang Clan and Kool Keith, in how they group together based on a common take on bizarre rap antics, lyrical delivery, and how they exercise evil dungeon beats with surgeon precision. Their members consist of Epps, Mr DNA, Kwasi, Class A and Prince Mackeral for rhymes (amongst others); and Aoi, DOS4GW, Kwasi Bongo, Kenneth Miyagi and Yes/No/Maybe on beats.

Again, this joint is priceless for the love of hip-hop.

WHEN: Saturday 28 July, 9pm-12am
WHERE: Rats (@ Brown Alley), Cnr Lonsdale and King Street, Melbourne
