Now that we’re being teased with more and more lashings of sun it’s plain as day that warmer weather is almost upon us. Luckily for us we live in a city where summery vibes are an easy occurrence to find.
Melbourne folk act Tinpan Orange have been gracing our city’s stages since 2004 as a brother/sister duo. Their new single ‘Barcelona’ encompasses the change of seasons; thick with gypsy vibes and honky-tonk piano it speaks to the heart of our multi-cultural nature and the impending heat that spring is sure to provide us.
You can hear their single at www.triplejunearthed.com/tinpanorange and see them debut it at The Northcote Social Club on 22nd September. Go to www.northcotesocialclub.com for further details.
